Dead Animals Follow PETA Around

There are only two things that the misnamed People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) are really good at.  Bamboozling the public and killing animals.   Recently PETA has agreed to pay $49,000 to Wilber Zarate, the owner of Maya, a dog that PETA operatives were recently caught stealing and killing in Virginia.   The complicit mainstream media has gone along with PETA to rewrite Maya’s history by portraying Maya as some sort of unowned stray that they picked up out of the goodness of their heart and then accidently killed.   The media used such words as “unattended” and “unleashed” in their stories to make it look like Maya was some sort of abandoned stray but in fact, PETA stole Maya off her owner’s porch.   Of course she wasn’t leashed, she was at home!   To add insult to injury, PETA tried to give the Zarate family a vegan fruit basket in place of their dead dog.  This isn’t the first time PETA has been caught stealing and killing animals.   Back in 2005, the Piggly Wiggly Dumpster trial in North Carolina was front page news.  

"In 2005, two PETA employees were caught in North Carolina operating a mobile death van.  These activists were driving around collecting up animals to kill inside the van and dumping their bodies behind a Piggly Wiggly grocery store dumpster before heading back home to the Norfolk headquarters.  The two employees, Adria Hinkle and Andrew Cook, were caught after police set up surveillance on a dumpster behind a grocery store after regularly finding trash bags filled with the bodies of dead dogs and cats in them."   Staring the Dragon in the Eye:  The Hidden Victims of Animal Extremists.

So much for PETA’s unfortunate accidents.   PETA claimed that Mr. Zarate sued them simply because “no kill” activists encouraged him to do so because they are upset that PETA kills almost every animal they get their hands on.    The complicit media helped them neatly side step the fact they were caught stealing someone’s dog. 

“Zarate had alleged that PETA operates under a broad policy of euthanizing animals, including healthy ones, because it "considers pet ownership to be a form of involuntary bondage."

Killing innocent cats and dogs aren’t the only animals that activists harm.  I've written extensively in my book, The Art of Terror:  Inside the Animal Rights Movement about the animal rights infiltration into the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).    As I wrote in my book, their head elephant expert knows nothing about elephants and their horse expert hates horses.   Activists cozy up to government in order to shut down businesses they are ideologically opposed too.   If you want proof, just look at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 

Regarding the 2014, USDA exotic animal symposium for tiger owners, “[S]even of the 18 subject presenters were people whose personal philosophy is hostile toward keeping exotics in captivity, against captive breeding of exotics, against hand raising of any wild animals, and who have strong ties with animal rights groups activity lobbying for laws and regulations banning exotic animal ownership completely.”    Kurtis B. Reeg, counsel for The Cavalry Group.

In an effort to shut down all of America’s zoos, PETA has sued or threatened to sue one zoo after another.    After targeting the DeYoung Zoo and others, the animal abolitionists from PETA are now targeting Cathy Stearn’s 22-acre Dale City’s Wild Things animal rehabilitation and zoological facility in Florida.   Surprising no one in the animal industry, PETA sent two activists in to work undercover at Wild Things to find abuse of animals.   PETA’s subsequent animal abuse video has caused a social media firestorm among young Americans.   Blogs and petitions wallpaper the Internet claiming Wild Things abuses baby tigers with no proof other than the word of a 20 year old brainwashed high school dropout.   Wild Things has now sued PETA operatives Jenna Jordan and Delena Pennington.   

“The suit states that the video contained false statements from an eyewitness and portrayed abusive behavior toward the animals.”

At the same time, Wild Things is fighting against a PETA/USDA lawsuit.   Of the USDA lawsuit, "On Monday, Stearn's called the USDA lawsuit unfounded and said the agency has piled on violations for minor infractions like having a nail sticking out of a wood plank. They are throwing the book at me," Stearns said. "I have some of the fattest and healthiest tigers people have seen, so tell me I'm doing something wrong."     Wild Things owner Cathy Stearns was forced to do an emergency evacuation of her tigers to save them.   Stearn's 19 tigers were transported to a private zoo in Oklahoma.   Tragically 3 tiger cubs died during the emergency evacuation.   Not willing to give up, the vegan lawyers of PETA convinced a Judge that they are somehow some sort of animal experts and demanded and were given the right to inspect a private business.

Let that one sink in.  The U.S. Marshalls escorted a vegan extremist group with a sordid history of killing animals into a private business and gave the extremist group protection while these private activists searched through private property.    One of the activists who accompanied PETA on their inspection was Jay Pratt, who spoke at the 2014 USDA anti-exotic animal conference. 

Once Stearns and about 20 Wild Things supporters in shirts reading "PETA kills" moved aside, the group followed PETA experts throughout the two-hour inspection, "making abusive remarks" and doing "everything they could kind of physically getting in our way," said PETA legal counsel Jenni James.

Stearns' husband, Kenneth, and son, Randy, were also armed, "touching their holsters and posturing, following us every step of the way," James said.

The court filing from PETA reads like their typical side show circus.   PETA objects to the fact that the Oklahoma Zoo sedated the tigers to safely remove them from the transport trailer then they claim the unloading was highly stressful to the animals.

“The unloading process is literally being handled like a rodeo,” Pratt said.  “People with firearms manhandling large carnivores… the cacophonous sideshow is highly stressful to the animals.”

Really?   I thought the animals were sedated?   How can they be so highly stressed if they are asleep?  Meanwhile, in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, one of PETA’s mobile slaughterhouse vans, euphemistically called the “Community Animal Project” was allegedly spotted in Houston, Texas.   

To prevent animal looting in the aftermath of natural disasters, state legislatures need to pass laws outlawing animals from being exported across state lines by anyone but their owners.   I’ve written extensively in the past about shady rescues that steal animals out of their owner’s backyards and ship them out of state to resell as tornado/hurricane rescues.  Now activists are swooping in to simply kill them on the spot while businesses such as Wild Things struggle to recover from a natural disaster.    

A Yawner, Dog Breeder Infiltrates the USDA

The USDA has temporarily hired a dog expect.   Gasp!  Shock!   Be still my beating heart! 

Can it be true?  The USDA finally has an expert on staff that actually knows something about animals??  Seriously!!!  Get out of here!   If you aren't familiar with the standing joke that is the USDA, you might not be aware of the fact that the USDA actually knows zippo about animals and is currently being led by the most hard core animal rights leaning secretary ever.   As I wrote in my recent book, The Art of Terror, USDA Horse Inspectors have admitted in email that they know nothing about horses and hate them.   It is their job to destroy horse owners and they revel in it.   USDA Elephant Expert Denise Sofranko has admitted in court (in a case in which the USDA was targeting an elephant owner) that she knows nothing about elephants.  She has no hands on experience with them.  And on the drum beats....  Just google "USDA" and "Boondoggle" to see all the fun and games that this hapless agency has involved itself in.  

Being the cynic that I am, I don't give the latest "earth shattering" dog news that much credit. There will always be those comfortable with statism as long as it’s their brand. I don’t know about you, but I don’t particularly care to form a committee to determine the size, shape, length, and color of the noose that’s about to hang me. As far as I’m concerned, if you are trying to take my liberty away, you can use that noose on yourself. Statists can go pound sand in my world.  

But what am I talking about? That would be the ripples across the dog world that the APHIS division of the USDA has hired NAIA rep. Julian Prager for a short term appointment to advise them on how dog breeders actually breed dogs.  Get out of here!  People are acting like this is serious hard hitting news instead of being the yawner that it is. As someone else said on their blog You Can't Serve Two Masters.  I don't care how much of a "strong advocate" Mr. Prager is.  I've been assured that he's a stand up nice guy.  That's great at a cocktail party, but immaterial in government.  No matter how nice he is, he still ranks several rungs below Uber-thug Sarah Conant, the Enforcer.  Putting one dog lover on the payroll is a drop of sand in the desert.

Let me tell you a story about the nature of government and how the USDA APHIS Division is destroying breeders to enrich their budgets. I've never worked for the USDA but I have worked as a contractor for almost a dozen other government agencies. I have witnessed an agency in action that is doing something similar to what APHIS does and every ounce of it is unconstitutional. They exist to combat racism in the workplace and no it is NOT the EEOC.  Good guess, but you are wrong.  The program I'm talking about is one of probably a dozen duplicative and useless programs across the federal government that does work that others already do. It's sort of like jobs programs for veterans. There are dozens of programs in all different agencies all staffed by bureaucrats that don't provide a single job to a single veteran while at the same time they suck down the tax payer dollars to fill their pockets.

This program employees an H1B visa holder from India who develops
"spreadsheets" of companies to be raided to proactively look for racism. The visa holder has never heard of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and doesn't care. All they care about is maintaining their visa status so they can stay in this country. They are given an assignment to develop a spreadsheet every quarter of every year with let’s say, 2,000 names on it each time. All they are required to do is find companies that are still in business and find their addresses and add them to this spreadsheet. Staff then load the spreadsheet into a database for enforcement and creates "lists" for every office of companies to raid.  Shades of the Third Reich.  Employees in these offices have new lists every quarter to choose who they will raid next. They select a company off the list, create an official case file, and send them a letter demanding their company records. Most companies freak out and send the government everything they ask for. Only a handful contact lawyers and ask "what the bloody hell?" The agents review the company’s records, apply quotas to the number of employees they have, and issue official notices of fines for "discrimination." The companies send money to the government immediately to settle the claims because they are terrified that their competition will use the notice to defame their company's reputation and accuse them of racism. No one has ever complained that this company has been racist. No one has filed a single discrimination complaint against these companies. This government agency is "pro-actively" looking for racism. The agency then monthly, quarterly, and yearly issues figures to show how much "racism in the workplace" they have combated and solved to justify their budget. If you operate a slaughterhouse and you don’t meet the government mandated quota of Asian woman over 50 working the slaughter line, you too are racist.

Let’s equate this to APHIS since no one in government has ever invented anything new. They re-invent each other’s wheels daily. They have someone develop a spreadsheet, hey, look! The animal rights freaks at HSUS, or ASPCA, or PETA, or whomever already have a spreadsheet. Sweet! They load the lists of breeders into their enforcement database.  Daily each office has their inspectors select a breeder off the list, create an official case file, and send them a letter demanding their breeder records. Most breeders freak out and send them all their records.  Only a handful will have the guts to contact a lawyer and ask, "Can the government do this?" Less than 1% of all contacted will tell the government, "See the Fourth Amendment and go pound sand." The agents view the breeder records, count how many female animals they have, match it to the government quotas and issue official notices of violation for violating the USDA rules. Now remember, the USDA has never issued any real meaningful guidelines on what is a "breeding female." To the government, if it is female and you are a breeder, it is a breeding female. The agent inspecting you knows nothing about dog breeding and doesn't care (see their stance on horses and elephants).  All they care about is their lists and their numbers.  You can argue all you want that your dog is 15 years old and not capable of being bred. The government doesn't care. Remember, they don't care if a company actually performs any acts of racism or not, they just care about numerical quotas. If they don't care about actual acts when it comes to living breathing humans, what fairy world are you living in that you would think they would care about dogs?  If you think I’m joking, just remember Sarah Conant and APHIS attempted to fine the Dollarhite Rabbitry almost $4 million dollars for a supposed illegal profit of $200 and failure to have a USDA license. This is proven fact. Think this can't happen to you? Have you forgotten about the APHIS Request for Proposal that they put out last year looking for a data mining company to track down all pet breeders on the internet?  Remember that?

Dog breeders who embrace statism argue that Julian Prager will help educate and advise these bureaucrats are living in a fantasy world.  Government doesn't care. In fact, many of the bureaucrats in Washington, DC are now third generation idiots. Just like third generation inherited money, they are dumber than a box of rocks. Many of them actually believe with the fervor of a zealot that they are "doing good." Dog breeding has an extremely short shelf life. Most females have 4 potential years that they can be bred, some of them up to 6 years. That’s it! You can spend that many years and more simply fighting the government over your case while your dogs age out and can't be bred. The USDA knows they simply have to wait you out and they win.

The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals.

Am I against Julian Prager working for USDA? Absolutely not! I really could care less.  I wish him well in his task to beat his head against the wall.  He'll get a tax payer financed migraine.  Do I think he will have an ounce of effect in the USDA's war on pet breeders? No, not really. If he does have any affect at all, it will take years and be of limited effect. Does it really matter if that noose around your neck is purple or pink? You’re still dead. If Julian Prager is able to save any dog breeders from destruction at the hands of government forces, it will take years and many will be destroyed along the way. Dog breeders argue, but he’s on our side! Yeah, so what! The government doesn't care! What does it take to get that through your head? Instead of focusing on infiltrating the USDA with real actual animal experts, why not simply cut off their power through lobbying for budget cuts and regulatory repeal through Congress? There is nothing that the USDA does that is constitutional. Congress passes a budget every single year. Each year is a new opportunity to punch APHIS in the face. Do it!   Contact your legislators today and file your complaints against the USDA overreach and demand that they cut the USDA's budget.  No Money = No Power.

Getting Julian Prager hired at USDA is simply the little Dutch boy holding his finger in the dike. In the fairy tale, he saves the town.  In real life, the USDA is a typhoon that is making landfall.  It is long past time to defund the USDA and stop the madness.   

Infiltration from Within: PIJAC Sells Its Soul to the Devil

The animal community reacted in horror (a total understatement!) when the news broke that Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council (PIJAC) had hired Ed Sayres to be its new CEO.  Why is this bad?  Well its sort of like a doggy day care hiring Michael Vick to be in charge of "play time."  It's like hiring Jeffrey Dahmer to take your teenage son on a remote hike.  It's like putting Hitler in charge of a country...  Oh, wait......  Ed Sayres stands for the polar opposite of everything that PIJAC's membership is based on.  Ed Sayres used to be the head of the ASPCA, an animal rights group who advocates against pet ownership.  Ed Sayres was the co-founder of NYCLASS, the group devoted to getting rid of New York City carriage horses.  Ed Sayres is so hated by the herp crowd that they refer to him as a contract killer.  The ASPCA utterly opposes ownership of exotic animals. 

Then again, if you read between the lines, PIJAC has changed who its targeted audience is and who it is representing.  It no longer is the supporter of pet stores and the sales of pets, according to their press release, they are now supporting the "broader pet trade."  In other words, PIJAC is trying to save their own sinking ship.  Hints of this came when PIJAC suddenly announced they were going to work with HSUS and ASPCA to define what a puppy mill was, knowing that HSUS defines it as a single breeder having a single litter of puppies, ever.  One litter, that's it!  You are a puppy mill. 

“The ASPCA has witnessed first-­hand the unspeakable cruelty and horrific conditions of substandard puppy mills, and we are committed to working with key industry leaders to help end the inhumane treatment of dogs in these facilities,” said ASPCA President & CEO Ed Sayres. “We are pleased that the industry has come together in a meaningful way to acknowledge this abuse, and confront it head on.”

That was then. This is now:

In retrospect, given the nature of the ASPCA’s mission, I had a rather limited view during my tenure as the organization’s CEO, responding in the field to horrific substandard operators who represent a small minority of breeders — not the majority. My view in light of those circumstances formed the basis for the statements I made during that period and campaigns that were developed under my leadership. I know now that I was misinformed about the majority of breeders who work diligently to raise puppies humanely and to find lifetime homes through retail channels. While many in the animal welfare field still want to paint all breeders with the same low standards brush, I look forward to opening their eyes to the true nature of the breeding business. Ed Sayres

If you believe that, I've got a bridge to sell you, over some swamp land, that I do not own.  But as they say, there's a fool born every minute.

If you are wondering what that "broader pet trade" is, wonder no longer.  PIJAC now supports the fraudulent rescue mill trade.  The choice of Ed Sayres is no coincidence with this change of direction.  After all, less than a year ago, under Sayres leadership, ASPCA launched a national "No Pet Store Puppies" campaign.   PIJAC is supposed to be a lobbyist for pet stores.  Doesn't that make your head spin?  

Dog breeders in America were already reeling at the news of a PIJAC funded Purdue study on "breeders standards" for dogs under the dubious claim that we pet breeders need "uniform standards" and do not have them nationwide.  If we don't have uniform dog breeder standards nationwide, then what are the hundreds and hundreds of pages of APHIS regulations for?  The APHIS Inspection Guide alone clocks in at 418 pages and that's just for inspections.  That's not the actual regulations on dog breeding.  The federal government already regulates dog breeding from the largest kennels to your Aunt Millie having a litter of puppies in her bedroom.  The federal government regulates down to the square inch how much space an animal is supposed to have.  Dog breeders have no breeder standards in what fantasy world?  

The animal rights extremists who infiltrated the APHIS division of the USDA already nailed the final nail in the coffin of American dog breeders last year.  I wrote about that here and here.  This new news from PIJAC is simply dancing on their graves.  ASPCA/HSUS, et al., do not believe that anyone has the right to breed pets.  Anyone.  They don't care about "standards."  They just use the issue of standards to put as many more breeders out of business as they can.  America is awash in "standards" everywhere and so many dog breeders have already been put out of business that many of America's puppies are now foreign bred.  That's right, the government regulated dog breeding so much that its been outsourced!  If if this is all just too much for you think of it this way.  The Purdue study backed by PIJAC is a study on "dog breeder standards" by people who don't breed dogs.

Some of the rest of us have seen the PIJAC writing on the wall for a long time now.  The evidence was clear that PIJAC was being infiltrated from within by animal rights extremists.  For information on their backstabbing in California, see this excellent blog and her follow up piece.  In California, it is now a crime of "animal cruelty" to sell an animal in a public place.  Any animal.  

Back in 2009, the American Pet Products Association pulled all of it's funding from PIJAC stating that it had been concerned about its leadership and sustainability as an organization for several years.  APPA stated it's goal was to ensure that America continues to have live animals available for sale.  That tells me that they had concerns that PIJAC no longer supported the sales of pet animals.  

Oh but Sayres, has fallen on his sword and declared that in the past, he was simply, mistaken.   Time will tell if the pet world has been had yet again, or if Sayres is simply available for sale to the highest bidder.  I for one, am not holding my breath.  

Does a Virginia Sheriff Hang Out with Strippers?

Dear Virginia Legislators,

Happy "Independence" Day 2014!  I say that in quotes because Virginians have no independence.  Today we live under tyranny.  

In 2008, the Virginia state legislature passed an unconstitutional civil asset forfeiture law for animals.   Were you one of the ones that violated the United States and Virginia constitutions? If so, you should be ashamed of yourself. Thanks to your efforts, animal rights terrorists are operating state wide seizing and destroying animals and their owners lives, for ideology and profit. The sponsor of that illegal bill famously stated that "we have to pass it to see how it will be implemented." My, my how familiar those words ring. Perhaps it is because Nancy Pelosi copied them just a few years later.

Over the Fourth of July weekend while Americans everywhere celebrated Independence Day and LIBERTY, a Virginian lost their liberty.  As a member of the Virginia legislature, you are to blame. You brought about this situation when you passed a law stripping all Virginians of their constitutional rights to property.    In Page County during the Independence Holiday, Sheriff John B. Thomas, turned over the powers of his office to an out of state animal rights vigilante from the "Animal Rescue Corps."    This group, known as ARC, claims they "save" animals.   What they really do is conduct terrorism raids for profit. ARC does not operate an animal shelter.  They have no facilities.  They are simply a group of adrenaline junkies, led by a high school dropout, and backed by Hollywood money. They raid people for fun and kicks and because it gets their leader, Scotlund Haisley, better lap dances with strippers. Why is Sheriff Thomas hanging out with a man that destroys American lives just so he can get premier stripper services?

The Animal Rescue Corps is founded out of Fairfax, California, though they operate out of a east coast base in Washington, DC.   Crossing state lines into the Commonwealth of Virginia to conduct an animal raid is a violation of the federal Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act, no matter if Sheriff John "I hang with stripper's pals" Thomas invited them in or not.   As of 2012, Scotlund Haisley pays himself over $98,000 to lead these raids.  I wonder how much he's raking in today here in 2014?   The animals that Haisley steals are usually turned over to his pals who resell them through their non-profits while Haisley simply rakes in the profits from the raid itself and preens for the camera.  Back in the old fashioned crime days, these people were usually called "fences."  Today they are celebrated and lauded.  

This turn of events isn't surprising given how Sheriff Thomas is padding his office's budget with grants  and "equitable sharing" from the federal Civil Asset Forfeiture Fund and a grant from the USDA to buy two new patrol cars.   You may wonder why the USDA, the Department of Agriculture is funding law enforcement nationwide when that's not their job or mission.   It comes as no surprise to me, since this agency is already buying sub-machine guns to go after that felonious lettuce menacing our nation.    

But back to that federal asset forfeiture.  Sheriff John Thomas wrote a Memorandum of Understanding regarding these new federal asset forfeiture funds on December 13, 2013.  He stated, "There are no local tax dollars so there is no fiscal impact other than a potential General Fund savings to taxpayers."   Nice redirection.  He's right, these aren't "local tax dollars."  Instead, they consist of money taken away from taxpayers in other jurisdictions.  Not nice.  Not nice at all.  Money taken from "local" tax payers is also put into this federal fund and distributed across the nation to local law enforcement to ramp up their militarization.  But what does he want this money for?  Besides a brand new firing range, he wants new equipment for his sniper team.   Sniper team?   Why does Page County have a sniper team?  Have you seen Page County lately?   Page County is a depopulated back waters mountainous county with only 24,000 residents.  What the hell does the Sheriff need a sniper team for?   Are they hunting deer for him?  

This Independence Day, I demand that Sheriff Thomas and his animal rights pals respect American liberty, the rule of law, and due process for all.  Put down the guns, stop the militarization, and defund that sniper team.  You don't need it.  

USDA SWAT Team Goes Shopping for Night Scopes

It’s an exciting day for me, one in which I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and envision the publication of my next book.  It’s on track to be completed soon and visions of cover themes are dancing through my mind.

Then something happens to make my light dim. I read this. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) wants to buy sub-machine guns.  What do they need them for? Are they afraid of felonious alfalfa? Or murderous tomatoes? Or do they plan on slaughtering American citizens? After all, today’s USDA is no friend to farmers, no friend to agriculture. The USDA is led by Tom Vilsack, the most animal rights leaning Secretary to date. In fact, the USDA is rife with extremists from top to bottom.

In just the past few years, the USDA attempted to fine a rabbit breeder in Missouri $3.9 million dollars for failing to get a federal license to breed a couple of rabbits. Animal rights extremist, and USDA Branch of Enforcement officer Sarah Conant said they could settle the government claims for $90 thou and agree to never own an intact animal again in their lives. The Dollarhites channeled their inner Clive Bundy and said, NO THANKS, and complained to Congress. Perhaps Bunny Team Six needs sub-machine guns when they go after a single magician with a rabbit in his hat?

Or how about Dean Moyer of Sand Valley Farms in Pennsylvania who breeds hamsters, mice, rats, and gerbils for a living?  Sarah Conant attempted to put Dean Moyers out of business and fine him $450,000 for a $2 hamster. Or how about Triple F Farm also in sunny Pennsylvania? Conant and PETA attempted to destroy the Triple F Farm for “dead ferrets” except that there weren't any dead ferrets. What the USDA found was some minor rust on a chair leg and a few bits of broken wire on six enclosures. Turns out ferrets love to chew wire. Do we need sub-machine guns to shut down Triple F Farms?

Or how about USDA elephant <cough> 'expert' <cough> Denise Sofranko? Does she need a sub-machine gun while she travels around the North American continent trying to steal elephants and gift them over to her animal rights buddies? She tried to destroy Doug Terranova in order to steal his elephants after already successfully stealing a tiger from one of his employees. She also hushed up the inhumane transport of the Toronto Zoo elephants to California after animal rights activists succeed in pressuring Toronto politicians into giving the elephants to an animal rights sanctuary with Tuberculosis and a history of dead elephants.  Experienced elephant transporters refused to have anything to do with the Toronto situation and turned down the job.  Instead a novice shipper transported them chained into semi-tractor trailers, unable to stretch their limbs, sit or lay down for over 60 hours while being trucked over the Donner Pass known as the worst stretch of highway in the world.   The Toronto Zoo keepers who deeply cared about their elephants wanted them sent to an accredited TB-free facility in Florida but were overruled by politicians who know nothing of elephants.

And what about those 30 round magazines listed in their Solicitation? Do you really need 30 rounds to take down an elephant handler? And night sights? When are the pencil pushing bureaucrats at the USDA bothering to work nights? Hell we can’t even get them to protect America’s food supply in the day time. They’d much rather spend their time destroying Aunt Millie and the litter of puppies she had in her bedroom to protect America from the joys of owning a dog.

Or maybe the USDA needs those sub-machine guns with night scopes and 30 rounds a pop to take out the Tennessee Walking Horse industry. After all, Dr. Rachel Cezar, a USDA horse <cough> 'expert' <cough> has already admitted that they hate horses.

The USDA Hates Horses

Every day stories surface of bureaucratic overreach. The EPA is a regular target and deservedly so, but rarely does the media cover the USDA. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) was formed to protect and promote agriculture. Seems clear right? That's why it's called the Department of Agriculture, after all.  In fact the USDA’s mission statement is “We provide leadership on food, agriculture, natural resources, rural development, nutrition, and related issues based on sound public policy, the best available science, and efficient management.” So why then, is the USDA on a crusade to destroy farmers, horse breeders, dog breeders, hamster breeders, circuses, zoos, animal exhibitors, and magicians? Why then is the USDA hell bent on destroying anyone who owns an animal? 

While this anti-animal attitude at USDA isn't new, it has accelerated in recent years under the current secretary, Tom Vilsack, who takes his marching orders from the extremists. Other anti-animal extremists have infiltrated the USDA such as Sarah Conant, the Branch Chief of Enforcement at APHIS, a division of USDA. But that isn't all. Down to low level inspectors, the anti-animal attitude is pervasive.  Take for example the Tennessee Walking Horse. The USDA has singled out and targeted the entire Tennessee Walking Horse industry for destruction.  Government inspectors regularly harass children at shows until they are in tears. Inspectors, many of whom know nothing about horses are fabricating allegations of horse abuse to destroy the horse’s owners.  Why?  Because they hate the horses and their owners and are using federal government power to crush and destroy them. 

At the 2012, Tennessee Walking Horse national show called the Celebration, notorious USDA horse hater Earnest Johnson disqualified numerous horses that had just passed inspections by other inspectors.  When a horse is "disqualified" by a USDA inspector, that horse is declared to have been "abused" by its owner or trainer.   Animal abuse in other words.  A vicious dirty charge on level with accusing someone of being a pervert.   Only evil people abuse horses, right?  

"[A] local horse passed USDA inspection twice on Thursday and was found to be free of scars.  On Friday, the same horse was disqualified under the scar rule, even though it is medically impossible to develop a scar on both feet within 24 hours."  Dr. Stephen Mullins, president of SHOW. 

How did this horse fail inspection and as such be declared to have been abused?   The following email was sent by Dr. Rachel Cezar to Earnest Johnson in 2010.

"I hear several of us say when we are around each other that we hate horses, we know nothing about horses, or we are doing this for the money.  No one may say this to someone in the industry but even if we say it around our peers, it still may get back to the industry."

Please explain to me why this woman still has her job!  The American taxpayer is paying this woman's salary.  They should demand that she and all the other USDA horse haters be fired immediately.  

In just two years, the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' and Exhibitor's Association has lost 2,300 breeders and exhibitors due to the USDA.   For those that are left, they are taking action to protect themselves from the bureaucrats at the USDA including undercover filming of abusive and threatening inspectors.   In May of 2014, a video surfaced showing a USDA inspector attempting to pretend he had discovered a 'scar' in order to eject a horse from a horse show and charge its owner with abuse.  Amazingly enough, when caught in the act, the USDA was bold enough to tell the media that "sweat, dust and dirt" can cause a violation of the so-called scar rule for horses.  That violation will be reported to the public as cruel horse abuse. The public will believe that these owners are actually beating and cruelly abusing their horses, instead of the real truth.  The horse was simply sweaty.  Since when has sweat become abusive treatment of a horse?  

The infiltration of animal rights extremists, the resulting federal overreach of the USDA and their victims in the Tennessee Walking Horse industry are just one part of my upcoming book, Animal Rights = No Animals Left, due to be released later this year.

The Good German Rises Among Us

It is a trite old saying that those that fail to learn from History are doomed to repeat it.   Trite, old, and true.   While the animal rights movement has its foundations in the Fabian Society in England, the vicious brutal animal rights movement we have today has its foundations in the National Socialist Movement in Germany.  The Nazi’s. The Nazi Party was notoriously made up of thugs, serial murderers, pimps, alcoholics, blackmailers, fences, crazy neurotics, and other degenerates of society. Is there anyone living today who does not know how that turned out? Under the Nazi’s, animals had more rights than Jews. Over 6 million Jewish people, gypsys, homosexuals, political opponents, and others were slaughtered in concentration camps and openly in the streets, while animals enjoyed protections humans were not entitled too. Animal rights activists have been advocating for the end of medical research since the Third Reich. Today activists scream that we should either experiment on humans, prisoners or use computer modeling. The Nazi’s already pioneered that approach, it was called Dr. Josef Mengele. He was a sick brutal evil man.

There isn't any industry in America today that the animal rights movement hasn't destroyed.  But one that hasn't had front and center attention is their program to destroy the American pet.  The core belief of these activists is “better dead than owned” and nothing shows that better than their march to wipe out America's pet animals.  Dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, gerbils, other small exotic pets, and others.  

The easiest way to destroy America's pets is to destroy the breeders to who produce them.  If you can't buy it, then you can't own and enslave it in their minds.   In the march to destroy all pet breeders and their animals in America today, the APHIS division of the USDA has passed an increasing set of regulations.  As the noose has tightened from the 70’s to today, the Good German among us has played along with the Uberfuhrers.  The animal rights movement has infiltrated local animal control positions, state veterinarian positions, the Attorney General’s offices in several states to include Virginia and many other government positions.  They have infiltrated many federal bureaucracies to include the USDA which they now hold in their iron grip.

It’s common knowledge in government that if you have to release bad news you do so at 4:30 pm on a Friday.   That’s when the fewest people will be around to hear it.   APHIS took a page out of that playbook and released the news about the newest round of noose tightening on America’s pets on the afternoon before 9-11, a time when the fewest people would be paying attention. 

This new regulation affects dogs, cats, rabbits, mice, small exotic animals and other small pets.  The animal rights movement told the public it was needed to solve the problem of "Internet puppy mills."  They lied.  Remember, their movement was founded by the Nazi’s, the masters of propaganda.  Under this new regulation, if you own more than four females of any of those species, literally 1 mouse, 1 cat, 1 dog, and 2 gerbils, you are required to obtain a federal license or you are a criminal.  The regulation says four female animals total.  It doesn't say four females of each specie.   Your daughters hamster counts. 

Now we must remember that the puppet masters of APHIS are the animal rights movement.  When they say, "Don't worry you can avoid our regulations by selling all your animals to buyers in public face-to-face meetings" they already know that such meetings are criminal in many areas.  In areas of California, it is a crime of animal cruelty to sell an animal in public.  The animal rights activists know about this criminal game of gotcha, they designed it, and they are the ones that got that California law passed.  For victim's of this movement your criminal record won't say you sold an animal in public, it will say you were convicted of animal cruelty.   You will be lucky to ever be hired for a job again for the rest of your life.  Additionally, your name could end up on the latest cruel animal rights joke, Animal Abuser Registries.  Just like Megan’s Law was a good idea in an ideal Walt Disney world and in reality has been a dismal failure that has not prevented abuse and has led to vigilantism, so too are Animal Abuser Registries.  Under the proposed legislation that was attempted in Virginia, not only would your name, home address, and home telephone number appear on a public tax payer paid registry leading to vigilantism against you and your family, but the Sheriff was required to personally inform all of your friends, family, neighbors, and employer that you are an “animal abuser.”   Now the Sheriff won’t have the information on your conviction and so won’t know your crime consisted of selling a perfectly healthy animal to a willing buyer in a public place, they will instead simply know the name of your offense, animal cruelty.  That is what they will tell your family, friends, neighbors, and employer.  Guess how soon you will be fired?  The Virginia legislation would have required the Sheriff to track and stalk you for 15 years.

The uberfuhrers of APHIS have encouraged Americans to step forward and self-identify themselves to them in this latest round of ghetto-izing the pet breeders.  I say this with pain in my heart as a German and a student of World War II.   Why are the Good Germans among us, doing it and marching lock step with our government thugs?  Why?  Why are you calling up the animal rights activists at APHIS and telling them all about yourselves, where you live, what you own, and how to come and get you? Why? 

I've heard it all, they say, "but I've got nothing to hide, my life is an open book."

Yeah, and Jesus was innocent too.  He was crucified.  You want to try that again?  Even if you aren’t a Christian, have you seen the Harry Potter movies?  In the last two movies in the series there is a famous scene in which the evil wizards have taken control of the wizard government.  The new Prime Minister says, “If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear,” as Voldemort's thugs haul away and imprison an innocent wizard who is suspected of not having “pure” blood.  This scene in a fictional top selling children's book is straight out of Nazi history.  Harry Potter dueled to the death to destroy evil and ultimately triumphed as his friends and family were killed around him. Make no mistake about it, even in this childrens series, good people died.  But in the end, good triumphed over evil. 

They say, "I want the government to know what I have so they won't take my dogs."

Cardinal Richelieu (1585 –1642) said, "If one would give me six lines written by the hand of the most honest man, I would find something in them to have him hanged."  You want to try that again?

So you have self-identified to make sure your animals aren't taken from you by government agents, bless your heart***, do you understand that APHIS will publicly list your address on their website?   Do you understand that details of you, your home, and your animals will be available to activists by FOIA?  Do you understand that pictures of your home will more than probably show up on the ASPCA’s "puppy mill" website?  Do you understand that YOU will be slaughtered by your local community when they find out a "puppy mill" lives in their town?   Medical researchers in America have had to deal with pipe bombs under their cars for decades placed there by "peaceful" animal rights activists.   You want to be next?   After all, the activist movement will have all your private details.  They will know where to find you and you told them.  Bless your heart. 

Other Neville Chamberlain’s have also come forward to help and assist the Good Germans.  One woman, a passive-aggressive control freak, runs a Dog Law group on Facebook constantly advocating that dog breeders have nothing to fear because her pal and buddy at APHIS, Dr. Rushin assures her that this is true.  Far too many Good German’s are falling for her appeasing tactics. 

The average Walmart shopper of America today is such a low-information voter that they don’t understand that the animal rights movement is today’s modern Nazi’s, specializing in propaganda.  When your name appears on ASPCA’s internet list of American puppy mills, they will believe this.  It doesn't matter that you own the literally 1 mouse, 1 cat, 1 dog, and 2 gerbils of my example above.  No one will bother to look up those pesky little details.  They don't care about the truth.   You will have to answer to your angry neighbors when they read the internet propaganda that will be spread about you and your puppy mill which you will never be able to remove. 

Sure that Q&A that APHIS put out contained some nice pleasant soft platitudes in it that you can still keep your animals in your home and they won't force you to remove them.  Do you believe that?  Can I sell you a bridge while I'm at it?  The Q&A is worthless.  It has no standing in a court of law.  It's nothing more than fluff and nonsense designed to distract you.   No APHIS inspector can authorize you on a "case by case basis" to violate the Animal Welfare Act (AWA).  The AWA requires you to remove those animals from your home.  End of story.   The AWA requirements for absolutely sterile prison cells are not compatible with any private home.  Your home is literally too comfortable for your animals to be subjected too, under the AWA.  Remember, the animal rights movement knows this, they designed this.  They don't want your animals to be comfortable, they won't want animals in your home.  They know that caring animal owners do not want to keep their animals in sterile concrete prison cells.  They want you to simply stop breeding pets, period.   If you stop breeding, then Americans have no pets to buy.  They have achieved their end goal and each one of you Good German's helped them along.
