Meet Daniel Andreas San Diego, Vegan, Animal Rights Terrorist, Accused Bomber.

FBI's Most Wanted Fugitive Felon.

San Diego was the first domestic fugitive added to the FBI's most wanted terrorist list after he was tied to three homemade pipe bombs that were detonated in 2003 at Chiron Corp, a biotechnology firm in Emeryville, and Shaklee Corp., a nutritional products company in Pleasanton.

San Diego, currently on the FBI’s “Most Wanted” list, is presumed responsible for several bombs that detonated in 2003 at two California biomedical research companies. One of the two companies was linked to New Jersey firm, Huntingdon Life Sciences, a top animal rights target. These bombs were made up of the same materials used in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.  

One of these bombs was accompanied by a “secondary” device, timed to detonate an hour later, after paramedics and firefighters arrived on the scene.  Like the majority of animal rights terrorists, human lives mean nothing to them. People like San Diego have no conscience and couldn't care less about innocent lives lost. 

San Diego is also believed to be connected to the criminals of Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruetly (SHAC), who are opposed to all medical research using animals. Before the related bombings SHAC targeted HLS customer Chiron and its employees with a series of actions, accusing them of being "puppy killers."

Authorities allege San Diego bombed facilities in Emeryville and Pleasanton, California, because he believed the Chiron and Shaklee Corporations had ties to animal-testing labs.

The sophisticated homemade bombs had ammonium nitrate brand explosives and relied on "kitchen timer style mechanical timer devices," according to an FBI affidavit.

The blasts caused extensive damage to the office buildings but no one was killed. While the bombs were set to go off at night, remember, the bomber set at least one secondary device deliberately targeting first responders. That bomb WAS meant to take human life.  

San Diego was at the time attempting to start a business making vegan marshmallows.  If that doesn't scream privilege, I don't know what does. 

He was indicted in 2004 for four federal felonies and placed on the FBI's list in 2009.  

The bombing of the Chiron and Shaklee office buildings is what the eco-freak and animal rights movement call tertiary targeting. In order to shut down animal related businesses, these terrorists believe its perfectly acceptable to target other business and people with up to a 3rd degree relationship to the original business targeted. In this case, both companies were owned by a Japanese parent company who had a separate contract with Huntingdon.

Activists like to boast about their actions, here's one of their announcements:  

"On the night of September 25th volunteers from the Revolutionary Cells attacked a subsidiary of a notorious HLS client, Yamanouchi.  We left an approximately 10lb ammonium nitrate bomb strapped with nails outside of Shaklee Inc., whose CEO is both the CEO for Shaklee and Yamanouchi Consumer, Inc.  We gave all of the customers the chance, the choice, to withdraw their business from HLS.  Now you all will have to reap what you have sown.  All customers and their families are considered legitimate targets."

This could be YOU. All it takes is three degrees of separation between a target and you for the animal rights movement to come after you.

"He also has unusual tattoos, the FBI says, including a round image of burning hillsides on his chest with the words "It only takes a spark" written below. The sides of his abdomen and back have images of burning and collapsing buildings."

San Diego was under 24 hour surveillance in 2003 when he gave the FBI the slip in San Francisco. They have never found him since then.  Ariana Huemer, a Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) employee, may figure in the case.  An FBI evidence recovery log from the search of San Diego’s car describes a check Huemer wrote to him.   Ariana Huemer, besides being an HSUS employee, was the editor of a 2006 book on the history of the Earth Liberation Front (ELF) a sister to the Animal Liberation Front (ALF) both terrorist groups.  Additionally bomb making materials were found in the car he abandoned to give the FBI the slip and found at his home.  

Huemer was subpoenaed to testify before a grand jury in 2006 but she pleaded the Fifth and refused to testify. Prosecutors offered her immunity and she still refused to reveal what she knew. Ultimately Huemer was employed by HSUS for 17 years before she left to found her own California Chicken Sanctuary called Hen Harbor. 

Huemer may have been able to walk away from the California bombing cases scot-free, and spend 17 years at HSUS but she hasn't gotten a complete free pass.  

In 2020, animal control seized 300 birds from her after a Facebook page called Hen Harbor Uncensored surfaced to expose the massive animal cruelty they say is occurring at her property and is even being committed directly by her. 

In 2011, San Diego was featured on America's Most Wanted, the first of 5 times he has been featured on the show. Tips poured in pinpointing a location in Massachusetts. By the time the FBI arrived, San Diego was no where to be found. Again in 2013-2014, tips came in that he was hiding in Hawaii. The FBI searched and once again came up empty. There is no way he's on the run this long on his own. Someone must be hiding him and providing cash for him to live on.

His father, Edmund San Diego, a wealthy California city bureaucrat has always refused to talk about his son.  One that isn't so shy is convicted animal rights terrorist, Kevin Kjonaas aka Kevin Chase who sneaked onto the Tucker Carlson show in 2017.  

Prosecutors also presented testimony from an FBI agent who gathered records of Kjonaas’ telephone calls. Those showed a call from Kjonaas to a man later charged with setting off bombs outside a California pharmaceutical company, Daniel Andreas San Diego, several hours after the bombings.

Kevin Kjonaas aka Kevin Chase also has his own listing in the Animal Rights Hall of Shame. 

The FBI is still offering a quarter of a million dollar reward for San Diego who is known to be armed.

Animal Rights Hall of Shame: Kevin Kjonaas aka Kevin Chase

Meet Kevin Kjonaas aka Kevin Chase aka Kevin Jonas aka Steve Shore aka Jim Fareer (Kevin gets around). 

A convicted felon. Buddies with Lara Trump, President Trump’s daughter-in-law. A former member of the Animal Liberation Front (ALF). The animal rights movement has made it their goal to subvert the Trump White House and sadly they have made huge inroads in their goal.

“She really wants to be the first First Family member that champions an animal issue,” said Kevin Chase, the Beagle Freedom Project’s head of operations. “Usually it’s military stuff, veterans, children, eating healthy. She’s like, ‘I want to finally be the voice of some animal stuff.’”

The problem is, all of the ‘animal stuff’ that Lara Trump promotes comes straight out of the mouths of criminals, perverts and sex predators. People who know nothing about animals.

People like Kevin Chase.

Chase likes to downplay and/or cover up his extensive criminal background. Like it’s no big deal. You tell me if it’s no big deal that Chase’s Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty (SHAC) campaign was exaggerating the harassment he subjected his victims too. The Huntingdon Life Sciences medical research laboratory with locations in both England and America was targeted for destruction by extremists from the dog killers of PETA because the animal rights movement is ideologically opposed to medical research. Chase was the leader of the American branch of SHAC. In 2006, Kjonaas (aka Chase) with six others was charged with conspiracy to violate the Animal Enterprise Protection Act (AEPA) in the first case testing the 1992 law.

Victims of the SHAC campaign, several of whom testified at trial, often endured vandalism of their homes in the dark of night, including rocks being thrown through windows, cars being overturned, messages in red paint plastered on their homes and property, unrelenting bullhorn protests in front of their homes and harassment of neighbors.

Chase and his cohorts targeted the employees of companies that he disagreed with. In order to shut down medical research and send us all back to the stone age, Chase and his pals targeted individual employees one by one to harass using his declared “top 20 terror tactics.” Chase and his criminal circle took their terror one step further by targeting the employees of insurers, financial services and investment firms that provided benefits to the employees of the company that Chase was trying to put out of business.

The “top 20 terror tactics” implicitly encouraged the invading of offices, vandalizing property and stealing documents; physical assault, including spraying cleaning fluid into someone’s eyes; smashing windows of a target’s home or flooding the home while the individual was away; vandalizing or firebombing cars and bomb hoaxes; and threatening telephone calls or letters, including threats to kill or injure someone’s partner or children.

SHAC wasn’t his first criminal campaign. Chase started his career back in the 90’s as a spokesman for the Animal Liberation Front (ALF) a group that the FBI named the #1 domestic terrorist threat in America. ALF was originally founded in England in 1976 by a convicted criminal. Bomber Ronnie Lee. Here in America, the FBI estimated that ALF and their associates were behind over 1,100 criminal acts causing over $100 million dollars in damages.

After serving six years in prison for his terror campaigns as part of the “SHAC 7,” Chase has reinvented his past by launching a new animal rights group called the Beagle Freedom Project to try and white wash his history. Nothing says cover-up like posing for pictures with cute puppies. Puppies he claims to have saved from horrific medical research labs that are torturing and killing dogs and cats. Except they aren’t. 

In 2014, one of Chase’s blinded followers who called herself “Katie Johnson” in the paperwork she filed adopted a beagle named Jerry from University of California Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. Less than 24 hours later, Jerry the beagle was being paraded around as a poster child for being ‘liberated’ from cruel and sadistic medical researchers who were going to kill him. Except they weren’t.

“Jerry spent the entirety of his short life as a test subject, never getting the chance to play or even smell fresh air. “ Beagle Freedom Project.

All lies. Jerry the beagle was not a medical research subject. Jerry was at UC Davis for just a few weeks for students to observe him being examined and neutered. He was one of exactly TWO DOGS used each year for this demonstration, dogs who are always adopted out afterwards and not killed.

According to his 2015 IRS filings, Chase is pulling in $1.6 million a year from gullible donors who either don’t know his criminal history or don’t care. Donors such as Microsoft’s Bill Gates who gave Kevin Chase $500,000.

On behalf of the National Association for Biomedical Research (NABR) and our more than 360 university and corporate members nationwide, I write to express our concern with your selection of the Beagle Freedom Project (BFP) to receive $500,000 from Microsoft’s Upgrade Your World contest. While it may appear your contribution will go toward improving the lives of animals, the facts tell a different story.

It’s a sad day in America when criminals and sex predators make more money than their victims do. What is worse is that Kevin Chase has been a featured speaker on Fox News and at Washington DC’s George Washington University Law School Animal Law Program in 2018. Teaching his twisted criminal views to the next generation of America's lawyers.  Views that terrorize human beings and don't save the lives of a single animal.  

Sex, Violence, and Animal Rights

In the eight months since President Trump entered the White House the radical left has engulfed America in one long protest after another.   Like a two year old melting down in an epic temper tantrum, the left is unable to grasp the fact that they lost the 2016 elections.   From Pussy Marches, to accusations of Russia hiding behind every door, panic stories about Junior Zippersuit over in North Korea; to black shirted Antifa protesters attacking inert stone statutes and conservative speakers, the left seems determined to sink America into a second civil war.    These mask wearing street brawlers are attacking American citizens with clubs, baseball bats, knives, bricks, urine, feces, mace, and bottles filled with concrete and rocks.

After all, everyone knows the best way to make your point about racism is to throw bottles of urine at people.   Right?   Boston has the right start, publicly name and shame every single one of these violent extremists.   Portland and other cities should follow Boston’s example. 

“Portland, Oregon Police Chief Michael Marshman revealed on Friday that riot cops forced Antifa protesters out of local parks during a Jun. 4 protest after the anti-fascist group began launching balloons filled with feces, urine and chemicals at law enforcement.”

In San Francisco residents are outraged that some American’s have been granted a permit to pray in public.   To protest against this horrific activity they threatened to layer a public beach in dog poop and celebrate with a parade of drag queens.   Nothing says ‘save the earth’ like deliberately infecting a beach with feces while perverts dance in the streets.   Meanwhile city authorities degenerating into a hysterical quivering mass at the thought of mass prayer have asked law enforcement to deploy every available cop in the city and leftist propaganda masters like The Southern Poverty Law Center are screaming that a permit for public prayer will attract ‘hate groups.’    Don’t worry, San Francisco police are promising “over-whelming” force at this rally. 

“Hundreds of San Franciscans plan to prepare Crissy Field, the picturesque beach in the shadow of the Golden Gate Bridge where rightwing protest group Patriot Prayer will gather, with a generous carpeting of excrement.”

Violence from the left is nothing new.   You need look no further than at the violent extremists from the environmental and animal rights movement that the mainstream media has constantly white washed.    In the past 40 years, animal rights activists have stolen dead bodies and held them hostage, murdered animals and framed their owners for false charges of animal abuse, stolen little girl's dogs and killed them, burglarized and vandalized homes, conducted cyber-attacks, liberated and murdered tens of thousands of animals, fire bombed research labs, and on the list of crimes goes.  

Yet in 2017 just like their fellow alt-left Antifa cousins, animal rights activists are now saying their past crimes are not enough!   At this year's annual Animal Rights Conference attendees were repeatedly encouraged to commit more violent crimes.   This year’s conference was a who’s who of convicted criminals and violence supporting agitators hosted by the Farm Animal Rights Movement, Compassion over Killing, Mercy for Animals and the dog killers of the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).   Joining in the fun were the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act violators of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), and other offshoots all gathered together to discuss their campaigns to rid America of hamburgers and the farmers who produce them, household pets, and fun family entertainment like zoos. 

“Activists in attendance were encouraged to be as extreme as possible to advance their goals, including breaking the law when necessary.  Attendees were also told to pressure restaurants, retail and foodservice brands to adopt certain policies with the end goal of forcing them to stop selling animal products.”

During the conference, these agitators made it crystal clear that their targets are all American farms.   For the first time activists openly boasted that organic farms and free-range farms are now all open targets for destruction.   Every animal business is a target to be shut down.   Every zoo, every pet breeder, every research lab.  They are all targets until these fanatics get their way and remove all animals from human lives and to achieve their goal of ‘total animal liberation.’  

“Jeffrey Cohan, Jewish Veg, stated that “we know animal agriculture is the leading cause of pollution on our planet.” Lisa Kemmerer, author, Sister Species and Eating Earth, said “eating hamburgers is like driving a bulldozer over the rainforest” and “being an environmentalist who is not vegan is nonsense on stilts.”

Another conference speaker was convicted criminal Nick Cooney, founder of The Humane League, a conference sponsor, who in the past threatened to kill the children of a drug company’s employees.   At last year’s conference, one of his employees stated, “When it is time to launch the campaign, find a vulnerable target, prepare everything for at least a few weeks and then assemble an overwhelming force to utilize from day one. The crueler it is, the quicker the fight is over.””   If anything Cooney and company are tame compared to fellow speaker and former PETA alumnae Bruce Friedrich, who has remarked that “blowing things up and smashing windows” is “a great way to bring about animal liberation.”

“Krista Hiddema, Mercy for Animals (Canada), hinted at no animal products being sold as the end goal, stating “we’re never going away.” Hiddema also stated that “we [the animal rights movement] are winning against the largest organizations in the world,” and “they are terrified of us.”

 “Breaking the law can often be a good thing to do,” said Zach Groff with the Animal Liberation Collective. He talked about “confrontational activism” such protests, vigils and open animal rescues from farms without permission. “This is a type of activism that can often upset people, it can rile people up.” 

At last year’s conference, Groff advocated, ““All of these events [agricultural fairs, eating contests, political rallies] need to be interrupted and shut down.” – Zach Groff of Direct Action Everywhere (a group that has seen run-ins with the Secret Service).”    Another one of the players at the conference was a front group calling itself the Beagle Freedom Project (BFP) run by convicted felon Kevin Kjonass aka Kevin Chase who has bamboozled the daughter-in-law of President Trump.   Lara Trump, wife of Eric, appeared via video at a fundraiser for this felon shocking everyone since HSUS’s legislative arm spent $200,000 attacking President Trump.    These extremists think they’ve trumped Trump by co-opting his daughter-in-law. 

“Kjonaas got a six-year sentence in federal prison for a sustained campaign terrorizing employees of a medical research company.  BFP’s president, meanwhile, has also produced a propaganda film trying to boost the reputation of an FBI-designed terrorist group, the Animal Liberation Front.   The FBI has estimated that the Animal Liberation Front and associated groups are behind 1,100 criminal acts causing over $100 million in damage.”

You can look no further than the plight of a small business owner in Berkeley, California who had to deal with terrorists from the newly reincarnated Animal Liberation Front, now calling themselves “Direct Action Everywhere” picketing his shop for four months in a row.

“The animal rights group, Direct Action Everywhere, held protests in front of the Local Butcher Shop in Berkeley, Calif., for four months. The Washington Post reports that protesters would be “dripping with fake blood, tightly bound in plastic wrap as if they were cuts of meat. Singing, shouting, lecturing customers.””

 Local law enforcement did nothing to protect this small business owner from a sustained terrorist attack, ultimately forcing the shop owner to give in to the extremist’s demands.  Just as was shown in the recent Charlottesville, Virginia protests, law enforcement today routinely stands by and allows these violent thugs to get away with destroying American lives.

Stafford Family Ruined by Animal Rights Terrorists

I haven't posted to this blog in quite some time now that I am nationally published on Joe For America and other sources, but a recent story of a terrible injustice out of Stafford, Virginia has me picking up my pen yet again to contribute here.

I have written long and hard about how animal rights ideology and the very terrorists themselves from that movement have taken over our legal system and perverted justice in America.   My home state, the Commonwealth of Virginia, is dominated and controlled by terrorists.  They control the Virginia legislature, the Attorney General, the Governor, the state Veterinary Office, the County Sheriffs, Prosecutors, and Animal Control Officers.  The Virginia State Legislature is so controlled and dominated by these terrorists that State Delegate Rob Bell is in fact famous for sponsoring and getting passed a new Civil Asset Forfeiture Law for Animals.  Every year someone in the legislature sponsors a bill to create an animal "cruelty" registry to list and out your grandfather for targeting by vigilante action.   I've written how Virginia Animal Control Officers receive their training from criminals, quacks, and sex perverts and have no knowledge or training on animals from actual animal experts.  I've written how the Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring has embraced these terrorists and formed a new group to destroy the Commonwealth's residents.  

There isn't a county in the entire Commonwealth that is safe for animal owners to live in.   I've written two books on Fauquier County, Virginia, Staring the Dragon in the Eye, and my recently released book, F'cker County: The Peyton Place of the Piedmont, filled with cases of the animal rights terrorism front destroying animal owners in that county alone.  Just this month, the corrupt County Board of Supervisors gave a "Citizen of the Year" award to the most damaging animal rights activist in the entire northern Virginia area, Hilleary Bogley.  Bogley has ruined countless lives in her long campaign to end animal ownership.  She alone is a poster child for abuse of the Humane Investigator program.  It's not just Fauquier County, its everywhere in the state.  

As the entire world knows, PETA is running rampant on the eastern part of the state stealing people's animals and killing them.  The Commonwealth does nothing about it.   People complain to Virginia state legislators endlessly, they don't listen.   PETA continues to kill.  Finally in 2015, the state gave them a $500 fine.   Big whoopie.  PETA continues to kill at their Norfolk slaughterhouse and the Virginia legislature turns their backs.  A poor family has now sued PETA for stealing and slaughtering their family pet.

In Frederick County, Virginia, the corrupt Sheriff and his pals raided a purebred Arabian horse breeder who was an equine certified veterinarian. The victim in this case was a horse expert. The Sheriff and Prosecutor used the Henneke Body Scale against the victim to declare that she was abusing animals. The problem is, Dr. Henneke has issued a public statement refuting the use of the Henneke Scale in ANY animal cruelty or neglect case.  The Sheriff was simply policing for profit.  This owner had valuable animals, and someone else wanted them.  A life was ruined for no reason.

"Over the past decade, the Body Condition Scoring System for Horses (BCS) has become, in many if not most cases, the sole reason for seizure for neglect or abuse. The problem with this is that the BCS was not designed to reflect the health or well-being of the horse."

In Page County, the Sheriff invited in a California based vigilante squad run by guess what? A high school dropout with no education in animals (but he loves strippers!), to help him raid a dog breeder. This group had no legal authority to come into Virginia and operate. Many of the stolen dogs were then shipped out of Virginia for resale.   As I wrote about in The Art of Terror:  Inside the Animal Rights Movement, in Virginia Beach, animal control brought a good Samaritan up on animal cruelty charges after she objected to their death rate at their shelter in a vicious form of payback.

Or how about Botetourt County, where a long time SPCA volunteer was brought up on animal cruelty charges because an animal rights veterinarian disagreed with her veterinarians diagnosis. Get that? She wasn't cruel to an animal. She was treating the dog in accordance with what her vet told her to do. In fact, this victim was so well loved in her community that local prosecutors refused to charge her. But don't worry, Michelle Welch, an animal rights activist out of the Virginia Attorney General's Office, stepped in to rectify that and filed charges anyway.

In Virginia, as of 2010, it is established case law that all dog owners are guilty of animal cruelty if they fail to brush their dogs teeth.  In Fairfax County in 2015, they have outlawed the use of a dog leash for more than one cumulative hour in a 24 hour period, making people who exercise their dogs, criminals.  It is now a crime of "animal cruelty" to walk your dog too much in Fairfax County.  

Now in Stafford, Virginia, a family is in hell after the father has been arrested, tried, and found guilty of animal cruelty for failing to kill their dog, who was dying of terminal cancer, just as fast as some paper pushing bureaucrat wanted the dog killed.   

Animal cruelty used to mean that a human being was being physically cruel to an animal.  That they beat an animal.  Mistreated an animal.  That an animal suffered actual physical damage as a result of a human's actions.  But today, under an animal rights world, the definition of cruelty has changed.  It was been twisted into something unnatural and perverted by animal rights extremists.  Under this new idea of what is "cruel" to an animal, every day American families are being destroyed.  Their very lives ruined for ideology.   Their families suffering.  Their children's lives impacted as they witness their parents arrested and put on trial for cases in which no animal was ever harmed. 

Now in Stafford County a family suffers.  Their beloved dog, their families companion, was diagnosed with cancer.  You know what?  We are all going to die of something eventually.  Every one of us.

THIS is what happens when animal rights terrorists control the legal system.   This is what happens when a dog is no longer your property but some dubious ward of the state.  When you are your dogs guardian, not its owner.  A family is put through hell. A father gets a criminal record and can't find a job. Children suffer. For what?

Because some prosecutor who doesn't know the dog and never met the dog while it was living claims the family waited too long to put down a dog with terminal cancer??? How long is too long? The family says the dog was up on its feet and eating. Dogs are property in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the owner has the right to make that decision not some paper pushing bureaucrat looking to pad their prosecution rate.  In this case, this prosecutor is arguing over a four day period.  The prosecutor, who again, never met this dog while it was alive, claims the family should have killed their dog four days faster.  

There was no cruelty here.  No human action can cause a dog to come down with cancer.   Cancer is a sad fact of life for animals and humans.   It is never an easy decision to choose when to have a beloved pet put down.   Caring owners want to give their pet as much time with the family as they feel they can.  No one wants to deliberately see a family dog suffer.  Do you honestly think this father deliberately made his dog suffer in order to let his children see that?  Of course not!  Only in an animal rights dominated world can such crazy thoughts even see the light of day.  These owners tried their best by their dog.  That should be good enough.

It is long past time that Virginia legislators stop pandering to animal rights terrorists and supporting the destruction of Virginia's families over ideology instead of science.  It is long past time that our legal system was restored to the rights guaranteed us in the Constitution.  It is long past time that terrorists and their fruitcake ideologies do not control our lives and touch our children.

Stafford County Prosecutor Jennifer Lindsey deserves to lose her job for giving a criminal record to an innocent man for no reason. She deserves to have her license to practice law revoked. She is a disgrace to her office and the Commonwealth.  It is time we stand up and say no more to these terrorists and shine the disinfectant of sunshine on their crimes.   The taxpayers of Stafford County pay Jennifer Lindsey's salary.  I believe they deserve an accounting of her time. 

Two by Two, Day by Day, the Animals march out of our Lives

These past several days have been a heartbreaking punch in the gut to those of us who love to experience the magic and joy that is interactions with animals.

There has been the ongoing saga of Tiger Ridge in Ohio. I've already covered the illegal raid and state sanctioned abuse of the Tiger Ridge animals here and here.   Since that time a whistle-blower has come forward to confirm that yes, indeed the Ohio Department of Agriculture is full of bumbling incompetents who have injured these innocent animals.

In Chicago, animal rights terrorists recently burned down a horse barn and in Reno, Nevada, they attempted to firebomb a KFC.  The FBI says its investigating but are they really?   After all, they have never caught the terrorists who fire bombed 14 tractor trailers in California.   The FBI is nothing more than a gutless hollow blowhard when it comes to investigating and prosecuting animal terrorists.  They investigate and prosecute less than half of 1% of terrorist crimes committed under the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (AETA).  I should know.  I filed an AETA claim against a Virginia animal rights terrorist in 2012 and the FBI has never even answered my letter.

Then the heart stopping news that Ringling Bros Circus is ending a 100 year tradition and getting rid of their elephants. Once this happens, they will no longer be the Greatest Show on Earth. They'll be just another show while the animal rights front attacks their other animals.

At the same time I've been reading Killing Keiko, the newly released book about how "Free Willy," died in agony.  Yes, Free Willy died.  Life is not a Hollywood movie.  People are finally understanding that the fraudulent global warming threat is nothing but a money making scam for environmentalists yet they still buy the snake oil the animal rights front is selling when these two movements are nothing more than two heads of the same monster.

Animal shelters and rescues all across America are taking "requests" for dog breeds and once they have enough for a particular breed, they raid a dog breeder, steal all their dogs, make up a fake story about a "puppy mill" and sell off the animals to their waiting lists.  All tax-free profit.  While at the same time, a number of purebred dog breeds in America face extinction.

Then the news this morning that a beautiful Irish Setter was deliberately poisoned at the top Cruft's dog show in England. The same show at which a PETA supporter once again illegally protested in the show ring.  This isn't the first time that dog shows have been attacked and dogs harmed by terrorists.  Instead of outrage over the Setter's brutal death, tens of thousands have signed a petition to express their outrage that the Best in Show winner picked up her dog by its tail.   A completely legal, normal, and acceptable practice.  The tail of a terrier is supposed to act as a handle, that's how it was built.

There's only so much bad news a person can take. Only so many times in which I say enough. I have no sympathy for the "good people" out there who simply don't understand that THEY are the ones responsible for the end of animals in our lives.

The ones who contributed to The Free Willy campaign and contributed to the horrific death of a whale.  You are responsible for Keiko's death.

The ones who contributed to the end of elephants in the circus by passing along an endless $25 million dollar campaign of lies about the Ringling elephants.  You are responsible for the death of a 120 year old business and the unemployment of its staff.  

The ones who are protesting the act of picking up a terrier by his tail for a few brief seconds to lift him off a table instead of protesting the brutal death by poisoning of the setter.   You are responsible for the fact that numerous purebred dog breeds are facing extinction. 

Then there's the Ohio Farm Bureau who deliberately colluded with terrorists to sell out Ohio's exotic animal owners and pet breeders. I hold the Ohio Farm Bureau partially responsible for the tragedy at Tiger Ridge.  When you sleep with the enemy, don't be surprised that you wake up with fleas. 

Author Jon Katz has put out a three part series on the Ringling news and what it means to all of us. I dare you to read his words and not cry.  He says everything that a repressed Minnesotan like me can't put into words and say.  I dare to you start with Weep for the Animals and Orwell, Horses, Elephants and continue on to his Joyless Nation.   He puts it in blunt terms.  

You are the one killing the animals.   Until you stand up against terrorism and the false science of the animal rights movement, the blood of Willy, the horses, the elephants, and a myriad of others is on your hands. 

Stand up before its too late and there are no more animals in our lives.  I dare you.  As for me, I'm going to the circus before its all over.  

In 2015, Virginia Law Enforcement Once Again Embrace Terrorism

This week, Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring has announced the formation of the nation's first "Animal Law" unit that will function as part of the AG's office and spend as he says, "a portion of their time, as needed" to engage in prosecuting animal law cases in the state and will train local law enforcement on how to go after Virginia residents.  This fluff and mirrors sounds good but this group always existed informally.  Herring is just giving a little payback for the animal rights campaign donations he got.  The problem is, none of the people involved in this have any credentials in the animal field. In other words, they don't know jack about animals but they are going to use your own taxpayer money to come after you.

Leading this new state taxpayer funded group of vigilantes is animal rights extremist Michelle Welch who has no documented education in animals.  She does have a lot of fake puffery like being the "Vice President" of the Virginia Animal Fighting Taskforce.  It's fancy sounding but it means nothing.  This "task force" is a private company that was founded by high school dropout John Goodwin.  The John Goodwin.   The former member of the Animal Liberation Front (ALF) and convicted criminal with a record in five states.  That guy.  Turns out, he was exposed in a Wisconsin court in 2007 as a fake expert in dog fighting.  He was forced to admit, he's never seen a dog fight in his life.   What you should be really afraid of is the fact that this fake group is training law enforcement officers in their twisted views as to what constitutes animal fighting.

As the first act of this group, they will be partnering with Welch's pals at HSUS to send "fact sheets" to all Virginia's pet stores on the rights of consumers. The Humane Society of the United States, or HSUS as it's known is the worlds largest animal rights organization. What they are not, is an umbrella group for America's pet shelters. They in fact operate no pet shelters of any kind and never have. They are simply a group of Washington DC based lawyers who lobby for an all animal free vegan society.  They know nothing about pet stores and the breeders who supply them. 

While Virginia celebrates its animal rights domination, HSUS has taken a number of hits in other states in 2014.  Virginia based Feld Entertainment won a RICO Act lawsuit against them in federal court forcing them to a settlement.  HSUS and their buddies including the ASPCA and the Animal Welfare Institute had to pay the Ringling Bros circus $15.75 million and $9 million respectively after animal rights activists lied about how Ringling cares for their elephants.   Additionally Charity Navigator issued a donor advisory against the HSUS.

Aiding and abetting this new action is HSUS's new Virginia lobbyist, Matthew Gray.  Gray is a Virginia good ol' boy who has connection in the Republican Party and in the Virginia law enforcement field. What he doesn't have is any documented education in animals. His entire background is in "public safety" and running a large charity that is not animal related.

From his former bio: "Matt has significant experience in grassroots organizing and fundraising, having served as Director of Development for the Republican Party of Virginia." Again, he knows zippo about animals but he's got connections in the good ol' boy network to help whitewash HSUS's failing image.

As I have written about extensively in my first book, Staring the Dragon in the Eye: The Hidden Victims of Animal Extremists, and again in an article in 2013, Virginia is for No Animals Left, Virginia Animal Control Officers receive almost no credible training in animals.  As I wrote about previously, law enforcement nation wide receives their training from convicted criminals, exposed quacks, and sexual perverts.  What they don't receive is any proper training on animals from true animal experts.

Now Mark Herring is right.  Virginia law enforcement officers do need training in animal law, just not from this circle jerk.  To show what I mean, consider the following cases that I covered in my recent book, The Art of Terror:  Inside the Animal Rights Movement:

In Frederick County, Virginia, the Sheriff and his pals raided a purebred Arabian horse breeder who was an equine certified veterinarian.  The victim in this case was a  horse expert.  They used the Henneke Body Scale against the victim to declare that she was abusing animals.  The problem is, Dr. Henneke has issued a public statement refuting the use of the Henneke Scale in ANY animal cruelty or neglect case.  Additionally, the Frederick County Prosecutor used a West Virginia veterinarian as a witness to testify against the defendant in this case.   This witness was later sanctioned by the Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine for illegally practicing medicine in Virginia without a permit.  That's the prosecution's witness!

In Page County, the Sheriff invited in a California based vigilante squad run by guess what?  A high school dropout with no education in animals, to help him raid a dog breeder.  This group had no legal authority to come into Virginia and operate.  Many of the stolen dogs were then shipped out of Virginia for resale.  

In Virginia Beach, animal control brought a good Samaritan up on animal cruelty charges after she objected to their death rate at their shelter in a vicious form of payback.

Or how about Botetourt County, where a long time SPCA volunteer was brought up on animal cruelty charges because an animal rights veterinarian disagreed with her veterinarians diagnosis.  Get that?  She wasn't cruel to an animal.  She was treating the dog in accordance with what her vet told her to do.   In fact, this victim was so well loved in her community that local prosecutors refused to charge her.  But don't worry, Michelle Welch stepped in to rectify that and filed charges anyway. 

I will reiterate what I've said in the past.  Law enforcement needs to receive training on animal law from actual animal experts in their fields.  Until that finally happens, doubt and vigorously question every single case of "Animal Abuse" that you see prosecuted in Virginia.   Law enforcement has proven that they just can't be trusted when they throw their hats in with terrorists.  

Vigilantism in Accomack Virginia

Over the last several years accounts of stolen dogs have sky rocketed. Most cases involve vigilante animal rights activists and pet resellers/pet flippers who make a living reselling stolen animals. In both cases, the people involved claim they "rescued" the animal from its owner. In both cases, these self-described do-gooders are criminals.  In this article, I'm here to discuss recent cases of stolen dogs in Virginia and one incident in particular.  

The first thing that you need to realize is that the Commonwealth of Virginia is an animal rights terrorist strong hold.   These criminals are everywhere.  From local animal control positions, to the State Veterinarians Office, to the State Attorney General's Office to many times the Governor's position.  They also control many members of the Virginia Legislature.  Then there are dozens of freelance activist groups operating all over the state, last but not least is PETA's death chambers in Norfolk.  They control the entire state and cause misery to Virginians everywhere.  But more and more the people of Virginia have had it.  Seriously had it.  And they are fighting back. 

Accomack County exploded recently with the news that PETA had been caught yet again stealing and killing dogs.  This is nothing new for PETA, they've been caught illegally killing animals before and went on trial in 2007.   In the recent case of Maya the Chihuahua, they admitted to killing her and offered her owner a fruit basket in compensation.  But Accomack County rose up and said, No More.  Their Sheriff, Todd Godwin, rose up and said, No More.  He arrested the two PETA killers only to watch a lame and wimpy DA drop the charges.  The people of Accomack County were furious.  They protested, they petitioned, they organized, they haven't given up.

What they have also done is to start neighborhood watches to track these vigilante's in action, never knowing they'd catch someone famous while doing so.  On a quiet Sunday afternoon, the news exploded that an activist had stolen a dog yet again.  With baited breath we waited for the news and it was explosive. 

On Sunday afternoon, three animal rights vigilantes were out in a rented U-Haul looking for dogs to steal. Cruising down Matthews Road:

"I seen a U-Haul truck coming this way, it locked up the brakes, and they ran up in this yard right here, grabbed the dog, ran back to the U-Haul truck, opened the door, threw the dog in there, and got in the truck and left," said eye-witness Travis Shreavers.

He wasn't the only witness to the crime, Sonny Hall saw it as well and confronted the two women and a man in the U-Haul as they were leaving with the stolen dog.

"She looked right at me, turned it at me and just gunned it and ran right towards me. Which I had to jump to get out of the way, and when they did, they clipped my foot, ran over my foot with the vehicle," Hall said. 

The U-Haul with a vigilante at the wheel took off with the stolen dog and the chase was on. The police were called and thanks to an airplane pilot and others tracking them, the U-Haul was stopped just before the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel but it was empty.  The dog thieves had managed to stop and dump the dog somewhere along the way.

When the police interviewed the dog owner they found out that these vigilantes had been stalking him and just two days earlier had offered him $200 for his dog.  He turned down the offer.  He didn't want their money.  He wanted his dog.  

Now at this point, Sheriff Godwin hasn't released the names of the vigilante dog thieves that his officers interviewed when they pulled over the U-Haul other than to say it was not PETA, but he did say an interesting thing.  He said these two women were present at a raid of a 75 year old man that had just occurred the week before. 

"We think it's the same group — matter of fact, we think it's the same women," Godwin said.

"They have no legal right to take a dog....You cannot go on people's property and steal people's dogs. We will not tolerate it," Godwin said.

Intrigued, I looked up the story of the elderly man who was raided and found three names in the media stories of people who were on the elderly man's property.  Animal rights activists Jayanne Walker, Kristina Cuce, and Jim Mason.  Those are curious names.  Let me tell you who two of the three are. 

Jim Mason is an animal rights lawyer with a quote from the Butcher of Norfolk Ingrid Newkirk of PETA front and center on his website.  In the animal rights terrorist world, he's a rock star.  He wrote a book back in 1980 called "Animal Factories" co-authored with Peter Singer.  Peter Singer is a notorious animal extremist sometimes called the father of the animal rights movement.  Others have called him The Most Dangerous Man In The World Today.  He advocates for no animal use at all.  You can't eat them, you can't wear them, you can't own them, you can't be entertained by them.  Though interesting enough, he doesn't object if you have sex with them.  Under his teachings, you cannot own a dog.   No pets for you!   He also recommends that handicapped people and sick babies should be killed because they are a burden on the human race.  Jim Mason isn't just a follower of this kook, he co-wrote a book with him!  Jim Mason was inducted into the Animal Rights Hall of Fame and has his own page on the website for the Animal Liberation Front (ALF), one of the top domestic terrorist organizations in America today.  If you don't believe me, see what the FBI has to say about ALF.  

Jim Mason also is a member of a group called The Two Mauds Foundation that gives "grants" to fellow animal groups and has been an Advisory Board member of United Poultry Concerns, the worlds only group devoted solely to "chicken rights." Yes, Jim Mason advocates for rights for chickens. He referenced this group and it's founder in his key note speech at the 2003 Animal Rights Conference when he talked about how animals are "slaves" of humans and he feels this is wrong.  In fact, he even feels that dogs are wrong because they are nothing more than deformed wolves that we have subjected to our will.

His pal, the President of United Poultry is even wackier than he is.  From my recent book on animal rights terrorism, his fellow wacktivist is happy that America was bombed by terrorists on 9/11 because many of the dead were meat eaters.  

Karen Davis, the President of United Poultry Concerns outraged the public when she claimed that the September 11th terrorist attack on the United States "reduced the amount of suffering in the world" because many of those who were killed probably ate chicken.

Besides Mason, another person who was there at the scene of an animal raid was Kristina Cuce. Cuce and her sister own a vegan 100% "animal free" shoe line called Cuce Shoes that targets professional and college level sports team fans. Amazingly enough, Kristina Cuce does not appear to have a Facebook page, but her sister Kathleen does and it is Kathleen that brags about taking the dogs away from the elderly man. She has a GoFundMe link on her page begging for $10,000 for the dogs.  Not for the man of course, for the dogs and of course, any other dogs that come her way. 

On her page she talks with a friend about being ready and standing by to go and raid the elderly man. Her pal and cohort, Bettina Cuce' Rodriguez, is Facebook friends with Nathan Winograd, an animal rights lawyer and author.  So who was at the raid?  Kristina or Kathleen?  Or both?  They are after all, twins.  

Here's a question for you.  Why are activists of this caliber participating in animal raids?  Why is a celebrity shoe designer (or her sister, or both) on site at an elderly man's home to celebrate taking his dogs away from him?  Why couldn't she help him provide better care to his dogs? Wouldn't that be the more humane thing to do?   What about that Ten Grand she's trying to raise?  Why couldn't she have used money like that to help and assist the elderly instead of destroying their lives?  Why is an animal rights lawyer and author on the property of an elderly man celebrating his destruction?  Was all his staff out sick that day?  And was Mason the mysterious man that one witness places in the U-Haul at the time the dog was stolen?  Of this circle jerk of zealots, who exactly was in that U-Haul?  Inquiring minds think there is so much more to this story.  I hope Sheriff Godwin can ferret it out!  It is long past time that these extremists are put back in the corner where they belong.  Virginians deserve better. 

When Christmas Puppies bring Jail Time

During Christmas, many in America woke up to family and friends, presents and loved ones abounding in homes stuffed to bursting with holiday joy. The cries of glee as children opened their presents.  Christmas carols playing on the stereo.  Christmas movies on the TV.  Beautiful aromas coming from the kitchen. But not in the City of Waukegan, Illinois. In Waukegan, former Marine John Bass was in jail for the crime of having a single litter of puppies.  An "undercover officer" from the Waukegan Police had gone in and purchased a puppy from the evil American Dog Breeder who bred it.  Oh, the horrors!

Waukegan Police Sgt. Cory Kelly Stated,

“It’s not illegal to have a dog that has babies, but it is illegal to breed them

 for sale,” she added.

Sgt. Scrooge Kelly says its illegal to sell puppies. Funny how the Keystone Kops of Waukegan raced in to steal this litter of bulldog puppies and handed them over to one of their "best rescues" who is now selling them to the public.  Doesn't that make Officer Scrooge Kelly nothing more than a fence for stolen goods?  Follow that? Illegal to sell puppies in Waukegan unless you are a rescue, then you can sell all the puppies you want. In fact the Joliet based "Wags 2 Wishes" is advertising them for sale as, "Waukegan Puppies Saved from Breeder." Really? If it wasn't for dog breeders, puppies wouldn't exist.   Of course the "rescue" is already shilling for cash to take care of these puppies who don't need their care and offering them for sale before their owner has had his day in court.

"But how is this legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime."

On their Facebook page, the thugs from the Waukegan Police Animal Control Office posted: "The Waukegan Police Animal Control and Neighborhood Policing Unit worked to save the below Old English Bulldog puppies from an unknown fate. John Bass, of Waukegan, was arrested Tuesday night after an undercover operation into his illegal breeding and sale of dogs in Waukegan."

Unknown fate? Turns out that almost all of the puppies HAD owners already. In fact Officer Kelly stated, ""He had paperwork drawn up and wanted me to sign a contract. Once I paid him for the puppy he was arrested," she said." Get that? John Bass cared so much about his puppies that he was selling them on a written contract.  Which means that he knew where they were all going.  "Unknown  fate" my ass.  The other puppies were already sold and the breeder was simply keeping them until they were old enough to go to their new homes.  Seems to me like every single one of those people have a cause of action against Sgt. Scrooge Kelly.  Now the Facebook Page of the Keystone Cops of Waukegan Animal Control is littered with greedy ignorant people posting "I want one" of these stolen puppies who already have legal owners.  

It gets better. John Bass was charged with the crime of failure to have a $25 permit, but there's a Catch-22 to that permit. Under the Waukegan Sec. 4-67. - Animal breeding license requirement, Mr. Bass is required to give up all of his Constitutional Rights under the 4th Amendment if he wishes to ever breed his dog.   Now many are saying, "well he should have just gotten the permit."  Really?   Which of your rights would you be happy to give up?   The Waukegan ordinance is absolutely unconstitutional.   No American should ever be forced to give up their rights and no law or ordinance can require them to do so.  The unconstitutional ordinance goes on to say that the penalty for violation this ordinance is a $200 fine per transaction "plus costs" whatever those are.  But that's not what John Bass got.  So far, he has been arrested, charged with crimes, and all of his puppies stolen.    

As for the puppies, they have been separated from their mother way too young (Animal Control seized the highly valuable puppies but left the mother behind), and are now shipped through a rescue and placed in unknown homes in unknown conditions around the area exposing them to diseases and poor treatment from incompetent do-gooders who know nothing about the bulldog breed.  These puppies will never recover from the actions of the do-gooders who have deliberately taken them away from their mother way too young.

Seems to me  like the Waukegan Police Department has quite a racket going for themselves.   If you think that the City of Waukegan is wasting tax payer dollars by sending their officers "undercover" to investigate $25 crimes, feel free to send your comments to Sgt. If the animal rights indoctrinated Kelly's of this country get their way, no American will ever be able to own a puppy again.   Last I checked, the United States is not a communist nation.  Under laws like this, such iconic American heroes as George Washington would be a criminal.   George Washington, just like many of the founders of this country, was a dog breeder.   We must rise up against corruption in public office and say, "no more!"   Please help John Bass with his legal fees to fight this violation of his constitution rights and the destruction of his puppies.  He has a Go Fund Me account here.  

Has the National Sheriffs’ Association embraced terrorism?

You’d think that an illustrious organization like the National Sheriffs' Association (NSA) would be on the side of law and order but apparently not.  Recently an issue of "Deputy and Court Officer" published by the National Sheriffs' Association crossed my desk.  Focused on "animal crimes" the issue is chock full of nothing but ideology masquerading as science as Humane Watch recently put it so eloquently.  

To start off with, the issue features a mind boggling nine mentions of the Animal Welfare Institute, to include two articles written by activists from this organization itself.  Are you kidding me?  The Animal Welfare Institute (AWI) recently settled a RICO Act lawsuit brought against it and several other animal rights organizations by the Ringling Bros Circus.  This settlement came about when AWI and several other animal rights organizations lost a long standing animal abuse case against the Circus.  After almost a decade of litigation, the Judge ruled that the entire lawsuit alleging that Ringling Bros was committing elephant abuse was ""frivolous," "vexatious," and "groundless and unreasonable from its inception."" If AWI and their animal rights pals have been proven to lie about Ringling’s treatment of their elephants, just what makes the National Sheriffs' Association think they would tell the truth about any other case of animal cruelty?  In fact, Charity Navigator has issued a Donor Advisory against the Animal Welfare Institute as a result of their RICO Act settlement.

So what exactly is the NSA? It’s really a lobbyist organization for LEO’s nationwide. Now the NSA says on their website that part of their goals are to assist the "Sheriffs of this country" so that they can "provide quality service to their constituents." Those are noble goals indeed, especially since their constituents are their bosses. Never thought of it that way did you? The office of Sheriff is an elected position, directly elected by the voters of that county. Which means, the voters of that county are the supervisors of their Sheriffs, not the other way around. The NSA goes on to say, "All Sheriffs share the common goal of protecting the citizens that elected us, and making the quality of life of those citizens the best it can be." Really? If that is your goal then why are you lying down with ideological extremists whose only goals are to destroy the lives of your citizens?

But it gets better, the NSA is incorporated in Ohio and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Both Ohio and Virginia are animal rights terrorist strong holds.  In my recent book, The Art of Terror, I provided extensive information about the 2014 Association of Prosecuting Attorneys conference hosted by the Animal Legal Defense Fund, an animal rights lawyers group, which featured such speakers on "animal cruelty" as discredited quack, Melinda Merck, the originator of the "Animal CSI" field.  Another speaker, John Goodwin, is a convicted criminal with a record in five states, oh, and, he was totally discredited in a Wisconsin court case revealing that he knows nothing about "animal fighting." John Goodwin is also famous as a former spokesman for the Animal Liberation Front (ALF), who once stated: "We will never, ever, ever work with anyone who helps the FBI stop the A.L.F."  For those that don't know... ALF is one of the most dangerous domestic terrorism threats in America today.  

This trend of using ideological extremists, who know nothing about animals, to teach law enforcement officers is not new.  See this article I wrote last year on the education that Virginia’s Animal Control Officers receive on "animal law." Their instructors are quacks and criminals (who seem to love animal sex) just like the Prosecutors Conference.   Keeping the circle jerk cozy, John Thompson of the NSA also spoke at the national quack conference. 

All of this reminds me of the old Dave Garcia story.  Dave Garcia is the guy who used to head up the Dallas SPCA and who trained some of the team on the TV show, Animal Cops.  He also used to train law enforcement officers on "animal cruelty" cases and what exactly constitutes cruelty in his fertile imagination.  Garcia was finally outed as the dirt bag he is on John Stossel's program on 20/20 back in 2005.  Turns out that 'expert' in animal cruelty was nothing of the kind.  What he really was is a convicted rapist.  He served three years in the slammer on a kidnapping and rape charge, then of course there were the multiple DUI's in various states.  You'd think that after that fiasco, that law enforcement officers would finally get a clue and ask actual animal experts for training.  But, I guess not.

Then there's the National Law Enforcement Center on Animal Abuse "Advisory Board."  It too is staffed largely by ideological radicals with no credible animal experience.  Besides the Animal Legal Defense Fund, another position is filled by an HSUS Staffer and another by an ex-HSUS staffer.  Funny enough, HSUS is also a party to the RICO Act lawsuit mentioned earlier.   Humane Watch has just released an excellent new report on this mega-scam-a-thon organization:  Looting in the Aftermath.  I highly recommend reading it. 

Literally in America today, the inmates are running the asylum. It’s no wonder that in an animal law case, the standard of law is now "guilty until proven innocent." With Animal Control officers, Sheriffs, and Prosecutors receiving their education from ideological extremists who have no experience in animals, it’s no wonder that American lives are being destroyed from coast to coast.

Respect has to be earned. When the NSA and law enforcement in general presents a slate of racketeers, criminals, and quacks as their experts, they receive no respect. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. You must watch what your local Sheriff is doing and demand transparency and accountability. If they show one ounce of interest in going along with these ideological extremists, throw them out of office.   The onus is on you.
